No vague promises: here, step by step, is what Madufe checks before a profile is published — and what happens next.
01 — Identity
Official ID document
Every helper provides a valid ID. The published name matches the checked document.
02 — Diploma
Confirmed with the school
We contact the training centre directly. An unconfirmed diploma blocks publication.
03 — References
Past experience verified
Declared references are reached by phone. Published reviews come only from missions booked through Madufe.
04 — Conditional publication
No exceptions
A profile only appears once the three checks pass. A report can suspend it at any time.
And during missions?
- Contact details are only shared after the booking is confirmed.
- Every mission can be reviewed; reviews are tied to real missions.
- A “Report” button is on every profile; every report is handled.
What we don’t promise (yet)
In all honesty: Madufe does not currently offer liability insurance or a financial guarantee. When these protections exist, they’ll be announced here — not before.
